1) What is your first memory of dartball? Please describe it.

REMEMBERING HOW BIG THE DARTBOARD WAS.  EVERYONE LOOKING FORWARD TO THURSDAY NIGHT!

2) As it applies to darts, what does the term 'Good Fellowship' mean to you?

I AM VERY COMPETITVE, HOWEVER "GOOD FELLOWSHIP" MEANS ENJOYING A WEEKLY DART

NIGHT WITH FRIENDS FROM THE DART LEAGUE.  SHOWING RESPECT FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL.

3) Can you provide me with the names of a few players who you feel demonstrate that good fellowship?

I AM BIASED.  MY ENTIRE TEAM, TOM FLAGLER, JAMES HENRY, GARY MacENTEE, DAN COLEMAN

4) Who was your favorite childhood athlete, and why?

BEING A RAIDERS FAN, IT WAS THE "SNAKE" KENNY STABLER.  A REBEL AND A 2 MINUTE SPECIALIST IN

THE CLUTCH!

5) If you were able to re-live one dartball moment, which one would it be and why?

WINNING THE 1989 WORLD SERIES.  LOSING LAST 2 GAMES TO ST. FRANCIS CRUSADERS.

STILL LEAVES US AND THE CUBS WITH THE LONGEST WINNING DROUGHTS!

6) What was your most challenging or aggrivating dartball moment? How did you deal with it?

AFTER CLINCHING 1ST PLACE 2 YEARS AGO.  THE EVENTUAL CHAMPS REC-KING CREW BEATING US IN

2 GAMES.  I HAD A CHANCE IN EXTRA INNINGS TO WIN GAME 1 AND CHOKED!  WINNING THAT GAME

COULD'VE CHANGED EVERYTHING.  DIDN'T SLEEP WELL FOR 2 MONTHS.

7) It is the first round of the Playoffs. You are with the visiting team, it is the bottom of the ninth and you lead by a score of 5-4. There are two outs, and a runner is on first base. Name a few hitters do you NOT want to see approach the line next. Why?

DAN COLEMAN, FRANCIS COLEMAN, JIM RUGGIERO, TOM FLAGLER ALL GREAT DOUBLE HITTERS.  CHRIS DICESARE BECAUSE ANYONE WITH A HR TOUCH IS DEADLY!

8) Newer players often get distracted at the line by talk from the other team. As a veteran player, what are some things you do to avoid being distracted or annoyed?

LOOK STRAIGHT AHEAD.  DON'T CHANGE A THING.  CONCENTRATE!

9) The current single-season base records are as follows: Gary MacEntee - 176 singles; Dan Coleman - 161 doubles; Butch Coleman - 48 triples and Chris DiCesare - 35 home runs. Which of these records do you think will stand the longest, and which is likely to fall first? Why?

ALL OF THIS THESE ARE MAJOR FEATS.....HOWEVER I THINK 48 TRIPLES.  TRIPLES AREN'T AS POPULAR COMPARED TO THE OTHER 3 BASES.

10) How many years have you been playing dartball? Has the game changed at all over the years you have been playing?

I WANT TO SAY 30 OR 31 YEARS.  NOT MUCH, THE GAME IS STILL FUN AND EXCITING AS ALWAYS!  ONLY THE FACES HAVE CHANGED.

11) Can you name a teammate who has helped you become either a better player or a better person? What did they do or say to help you?

MY FORMER CAPTAIN LEROY MARSHALL.  LEROY DESPITE THE PHYSICAL PAIN SHOWS UP EVERY THURSDAY FOR DARTS.  MAKES ME KEEP THINGS IN PERSPECTIVE, WINNING IS NICE, HOWEVER THE COMRADERIE BETWEEN TEAMS IS THE REAL GIFT.

12) What is your favorite dartball location, and why?

WHENEVER WE ARE ON THE ROAD.  BECAUSE WE ARE A BAD HOME TEAM!

13) Are there any ways that you feel the league can be improved? Please explain.

THERE SHOULD BE A CORDIAL HANDSHAKE BEFORE/AFTER THE GAME.  KEEPING THE GOOD FELLOWSHIP TRADITION STRONG!  ALL TEAMS MUST BE REQUIRED TO BE IN FRONT OF THE THROWER!

14) If you could add one current player to help your team in any way (assume all would agree to it), who would you bring on board, and why?

WE ARE LACKING ANOTHER DOUBLE THREAT!  PROBABLY WOULD ADD JIM RUGGIERO A GREAT DOUBLE SHOOTER.

ANY AVAILABLE SHOOTERS OUT THERE?
